Dear Parents and Carers,
Thank you to everyone who has visited the flu immunisation portal. The NHS immunisation team have asked that anyone who has completed the consent from AND their child has ever previously been admitted to Intensive Care following exacerbation of Asthma to contact their office on 0300 555 5055.
The nurses will then be able to advise as necessary.
