A special whole school assembly started a day of celebration. Each class presented facts about the Jubilee, we sang the National Anthem, made Jubilee biscuits, made crowns, had a street party (indoors) and danced around the maypole. At the village Jubilee fete, despite the rain, the wombles came to visit, joined in fun races organised by the school and children took part in a Jubilee themed maths trail.
