Online Safety is very important at Neatishead, Salhouse and Fleggburgh Federation. Keeping the children safe online is embedded throughout the curriculum. The children also learn how to use technology safely during lessons, assemblies and special events.

Online gaming
Online gaming can offer many positive experiences. It can give children and young people the chance to escape into a virtual world, to learn, and to connect with others.
However, there is a risk of children and young people viewing inappropriate content in games and being contacted by adults seeking to exploit them.
Tutorful recently collaborated with Benardo’s, Internet Matters, Bullying UK, The Counselling Directory and many more well-known charities in order to create an “everything you need to know” guide for parents to help keep their children safe online.

Pupils from our partnership schools, Neatishead and Fleggburgh C of E Primary Schools have produced a short film to inform others about how to keep safe on the internet. The film has been shared with pupils at Salhouse to initiate discussion about very important issues relating to e-safety. We hope parents and carers find it helpful too.
